How to Apply

 * Please note that applicants can only check their application status by using the online application 'checklist', which is updated daily.

Applications for September 2012 will be accepted from December 1, 2011 - February 1, 2012.

1. Complete the online application. Application fees for domestics applicants is $91.80 and for international applicants is $153.00.

2. Ensure that you have arranged for the following documents to be forwarded directly to the MPH Office (we do not accept faxed or emailed documents):

  • Two official copies of all post-secondary transcripts details for Domestic and details for International
  • Three confidential letters of reference, one of which is preferred to be academic details * NEW IN 2010/11- MPH program now accepts electronic references
  • Current Curriculum Vitae
  • TOEFL scores (if required) details
  • GRE score (if required) details

Identification of a supervisor is not part of the MPH admissions process as it is a practicum-based program. Faculty advisors are assigned after admission to the program.
